Quick fixes

Restore purchases

• Open FlowFast → Settings → Restore Purchases.

• Use the same Apple ID that subscribed.

Manage/cancel subscription

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → FlowFast.

Refunds

• Apple handles refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Known issues & troubleshooting

• Planner not saving: Update the app; try sign‑out/sign‑in.

• Health permissions: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → FlowFast → enable read/write.

• Crashes/bugs: Reinstall; if it persists, email us with steps to reproduce.
